Our teams experience

Our team members have been involved in the management multi million pound commercial building upgrade projects, through to complex residential rebuilds and refurbishments and all the way to repairs and maintenance for home owners and residential landlords to name a few. This means collectively we know how to care for the fabric of buildings be them big or small and how to put them together. We will find the solutions to improve the places were you live, work and relax.

Management qualifications & experience include:

  • Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) – SMSTS (necessary for commercial construction site management)
  • Project Management – Prince2
  • Management of £3.2M construction project value
  • Employed within the Design & Build Procurement route as a building site manager
  • Worked on large construction projects such as Gunwharf
